We are Bison Commerce, and we're excited to welcome a new Order Administrator to our team!
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who will play a crucial role in managing our order processing system and ensuring smooth operations between our vendors, shipping partners, and customers.
Are you someone who takes pride in maintaining accuracy while juggling multiple tasks? Do you have strong written English skills and enjoy working with systems to ensure everything runs like clockwork? Are you available to work from 5 PM to 2 AM, Monday to Friday?

Key Responsibilities:

🔸 Product description reviews and approval;
🔸 Ensuring smooth shipping and delivery times with freight companies;
🔸 Communicate with vendors regarding orders and products;
🔸 Manage orders in internal company system;
🔸 Reviewing customer payment details;
🔸 Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making;
🔸 Provide suggestions and feedback for system’s improvements;
🔸 Be initiative to meet the customers and the company’s expectation.

Qualifications:

🔸 Good knowledge of English language is preferred (written);
🔸 Good computer skills, accuracy, and attention to details;
🔸 Precise, accurate and persistent approach.
🔸 Ability to work from 5 PM to 2 AM (Monday to Friday).
